Are you supposed to wash your mouth after mouthwash

Are you supposed to rinse after mouthwash? We highly advise you to not rinse away the mouthwash with water as this will exclude any benefits the mouthwash could provide your oral health. The whole goal is to make sure that you give the product a long enough time to work its magic.


Make sure to spit and don’t think to rinse your mouth. One needs to use mouthwash judicially because it can also be bad for us. Some antibacterial mouthwashes also kill the good bacteria in our mouth , including the ones that help to regulate our blood pressure as well as our glucose levels.
