What do you do with mouthwash

I get annoyed when I run out of floss, actually. Rinse for about seconds. If the mouthwash is strong its perfectly fine to rinse with water after. There really is no proper way.


Its just your prefrence. Using water after will not reduce the affects of the mouthwash.

Use therapeutic mouthwash to fight bacteria. Use fluoride mouthwash to prevent cavities. Use prescription mouthwash for medical purposes. Use herbal mouthwash to avoid dyes and chemicals.


A strong, alcohol-based mouthwash will work as well as, or better than, glass cleaner on your computer monitor or TV screen. Apply with a damp, soft cloth and buff dry. Remember to use only on glass screens, not liquid crystal displays!


The alcohol can damage the material used in LCDs. Mouthwash can be used to help treat nail fungus, athletes foot, or just as a nice foot soak.

Apply it to your toe nails - times per day. It could take a few weeks to see any. Although you do use oral rinses in your mouth to fight bad breath and improve your oral health, there are other uses of these rinses.


For instance, you can use mouthwash to clean and sanitize dental accessories like retainers, braces, mouth guards and more. Disinfect a cut: When you need to clean out a small cut or woun use an alcohol-based mouthwash to disinfect your skin. Rinsing with a cosmetic mouthwash will loosen bits of food from your teeth, lessen bacteria in your mouth , temporarily reduce bad breath and leave a refreshing taste in your mouth. But these products can’t make any greater claim than that.


Check to see which of these potentially poisonous products the mouthwash contains: fluoride or ethanol. Do not add water to the oral rinse. Chlorhexidine gluconate may leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth.


You may rinse the medicine away and reduce its effectiveness. A mouthwash or rinse does not replace a regular oral hygiene routine of twice-daily tooth brushing and daily flossing. The main function of most mouthwashes is to freshen breath, although if you suffer from severe chronic bad breath (halitosis), talk to your dentist about other ways to address the causes. While not a replacement for brushing or flossing, certain types of mouthwash can provide anti-cavity, germ-killing and plaque-prevention benefits.


The product is meant to provide you with. You need to give it long enough to do its job. Rinsing your teeth will only strip them of the product. Mouthwash is a term that covers several different rinses involved in oral hygiene.

But that’s only if you use a bacteria-fighting rinse. A product with fluoride can help prevent tooth decay. Rinsing with an alcohol-based mouthwash isn’t good for children under who are likely to swallow the liquid. Tongue Cleaning is Better Than You r Brush.


The bulk of bacteria reside on you r tongue. A few sweeps for fresher breath and a cleaner mouth.
