Never rinse – Even when the mouthwash makes you feel like you must rinse it away, if you want to gain the benefits you must skip the blast of water and just let it do its work. That is the best schedule and routine for mouthwash use , but keep in mind that brushing and flossing are far more important. Children under the age of shouldn ’t use mouthwash.
If their gums are swollen or red and you suspect a problem, a visit to the dentist is more important. The major cause is bacteria on the top of your tongue.
Look in the mirror for some white stuff on the back. Ignore the dental assistant. The whole idea of brushing and flossing is to remove plaque (sticky white film) from your teeth and gums and distribute flouride around your teeth.
Removing the plaque removes. I would read what the directions recommend. I use it everytime I brush my teeth. I think the back of most bottles say twice a day though.

A Fluoride rinse is not necessary as part of your daily oral care routine in addition to brushing and flossing unless your dentist has told you that you are at higher risk for decay. Beck responded: 2-times. I recommend brushing morning and night. And use a good quality mouthwash such as listerine once a day.
You can also brush after lunch if you desire. But experts say those studies are not only flawe but also focus on excessive mouthwash use —three bouts of swishing a day or more. We have a balance of good bacteria and bad bacteria, but Listerine is not discriminatory, and kills all bacteria.
As for the whole only once every months, the fluoride you get at the dentist is WAY WAY stronger. It may seem silly, but it’s actually a good question. The quantity of rinse you use each time does not matter…. LENGTH of time that fluoride is in contact with your tooth surface.
