Can I rinse my hair with water after a perm? What is the best mouthwash? Don’t dilute the solution with water. Empty the cup’s contents into your mouth. Swish for a full seconds.

Most dentists suggest not rinsing your mouth with water right after you have finished using your mouthwash.
