After mouthwash do you rinse with water

Should you be rinsing off your micellar water? Also, be sure to refrain from drinking water at least 5-minutes, if you can. And only then can you drink.


After all, this is a tool for the oral cavity, not for getting inside. If you want to drink, you need to drink before rinsing your mouth. When cooled accordingly, place the salt in the water while gently stirring until the salt has been completely dissolved.

There is no reason to rinse with water after using mouthwash. As a mater of fact, you probably are reducing efficacy by rinsing after. If you make your own mouthwash or dilute the commercial one, use warm water. The reason they are so good is that the salt is not only a natural disinfectant, but it also removes any swelling from the tissues.
