My friend suggested me to see as they are the best and experienced dentist Maloney Stephen M Dmd in our local and I started using soft brush recommended by my dentist. He also suggested me to eat fresh fruits to reduce receding gums. Using a waterpik at least twice weekly (especially for inflamed gums or gums that bleed with flossing) will contribute greatly to removing bad bacteria that causes gingivitis from the gum line in a way that brushing and flossing cannot do.


If used improperly with too much force, yes. A number of factors can cause gum recession. Brushing your teeth improperly can cause gum recession!
